At Context, we are committed to ensuring you love your new products. We stand behind the quality of our items and package every order with the utmost care to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.
Our Return Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items based on change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product’s color, texture, or suitability for your needs, please contact our support team at support@contexthouse.com before placing your order. We are happy to help you make the right choice!
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. We will absolutely make things right in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
To report an issue, please email us at support@contexthouse.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographic and/or video evidence of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. (If the box is damaged, please photograph it before opening).
Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Please Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small dents on packaging or light dusting of powder on palettes from transit are not considered damage and are not eligible for a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Context is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipment fee will apply.
